Gold Choice Senior Living
Deltona & Ormond Beach, Florida
Website content and user experience improvements, service-specific pages, inquiry pathways, CRM lead capture, call tracking, and search visibility initiatives.
My role: Website and digital strategy work within a broader regional senior living leadership position.
Earlier website — archival evidence

Gold Choice’s WordPress history includes homepage revisions from 2020 and February 2025, predating the 2026 updates. Its media library also retains site imagery uploaded in 2015. These confirm earlier site content and assets, but a faithful visual screenshot of the original homepage could not be recovered from the public archives during this review.
Current experience: Community-specific information, stronger inquiry pathways, updated service content, CRM routing and call-tracking initiatives.

The Canopy at Azalea Grove
Valdosta, Georgia

My role: Website development and digital marketing initiatives carried out in a professional leadership capacity.
Website design comparison

The legacy-style page emphasizes upscale assisted living, while the current site makes care options, respite, memory care, therapy, and inquiry paths clearer. View the legacy-style site.
What makes these projects different?
My approach connects the website experience with the admissions workflow. Beyond visual design, I consider inquiry capture, lead ownership, response processes and the questions families ask when exploring senior living care.
These are selected projects completed in professional roles, not representations of independent consulting client engagements. Performance metrics are shared only when verified and approved.
